Deze karaktervolle Thomas Kartoffelfeuer, ook wel “Potato Fire”, is vervaardigd uit robuust kleikeramiek en ontworpen om aardappelen, groenten en kastanjes te roosteren boven open vuur. De ongeglazuurde binnenwanden zorgden oorspronkelijk voor een bereiding die krokant werd aan de buitenzijde en zacht van binnen – vergelijkbaar met aardappelen die in folie in het kampvuur worden gegaard.

Het gespikkelde bruin‑ en lichtbruine oppervlak weerspiegelt het klassieke Thomas‑uiterlijk en geeft dit stuk een warme, rustieke uitstraling.
